    Went in for a wat...

    Went in for a watch battery, ended up buying two estate pieces. I found a ring exactly like my grandmothers, old style diamonds, absolutely beautiful, and they worked out a great deal. As well as that, I bought a emerald bracelet for my daughter. The ladies let me know that if she didn't like it she could come back and exchange it for something else, needless to say my daughter loves it. I will most definitely be back to this store, the staff were great, and the prices are excellent.

    watch repair

    I recently had my watch repaired (It had a couple of the pins broken) the people at c&d said it would need "custom rivets". They had the watch fixed the next day for approx. $40 but when I brought it home one of the ends of the "rivet" came out. Turns out it was just a piece of wire. So I took a paperclip and fixed it myself. I'm not saying that they did a bad job, it was done fast, but they could have just told me that they just put some wire in the not "custom rivets". Long story short, if my watch breaks again I'll just use a paperclip and save myself the $40.
