They are most accommodating in providing service and warranties on used tires as they coordinate with my mechanic. They are my go to site.
The price for the Michelin tires I purchased was MUCH cheaper than even Costco! Good service and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Terrible and rude customer service. Chris' respect level is awful. Along with the owner,if there is zero star they are the one who should get it,unblivable , city should remove them from this residential area. There is too many car around there store not safe for the kids.don't believe the 4 star

I have been dealing with Yvonnes for my tires for years. It is a simple as letting them know what I would like, they always give me the price it will cost me up front and that never changes. Chris, Is very good at making me feel welcome in the business. I usually have time to pull out my iPad and read a chapter or two before, I'm on my way. As I work in the same industry as Yvonne's, it is nice to have someone honest in the tire business. I feel they can rip you off. Always ready to help and have great quality of service. Chris the sales guy is always on the ball and ready to help. Been coming for 3 years now and I don't see that changing any time soon!!!
I have bought 3 sets of tires over the past few years and have always got a great price and prompt, friendly service.
Unfortunately, my experience at Yvonne's has turned out to be a negative one. They seemed very professional at first, speaking very confidently about being able to fix my problem and how they truly stand behind their work. But after paying to get all 4 of my leaky tires fixed, one still had a major leak a couple weeks after the job. They looked at it again and said they fixed it. But within a month that same tire lost about 5 psi. They have been very defensive and even after me taking time out of my schedule to go see them on the weekdays regarding this problem, they've been too busy to look at it. I thought this place was going to be different than most but sadly that did not turn out to be true.
