Shoppers Eramosa Pharmacy takes more than 24hrs to process a prescription. Pharmacy tech promises delivery to patient next morning, however it‘s not out for delivery until evening of next day...another day patient has no treatment. Why mislead your customers!!?? Pharmacy is too busy and needs more staff or internal process needs to be improved to optimize customer satisfaction or delivery; we are talking about prescriptions that are important to safety and good health!!
If your looking for make up counter staff that know what they are doing and are kind and friendly this is 100% the place for you. If your looking for prescriptions stay away - 2.5 hours to get a prescription filled and rude staff that couldn’t care less about what they are doing. I have been dealing with shoppers since it was across the street in Bullfrog mall, now its a joke and I wi be moving to another pharmacy.
The pharmacy is mismanaged and they have no consideration for a persons life and well-being. Please direct all future business to any other location or any other business. There staff are incompetent and uncapable of filling out a simple prescription.
Pharmacy is awful. Prescription faxed around 1:30pm still not filled by 7:15pm - I was told it would take 45 minutes. Went over at 8:30pm, still not filled. The girl "helping" me went off to look for the prescription and seemed to be busy for 15 minutes - leaving me to wonder if she was still helping me. Tried to flag down another person to see if they could follow up with the first and was told to just wait. They could have at least said it wasn't ready and offered me a seat!
I regret ever switching over to this pharmacy. In 3 months they have made multiple errors. Constantly forgetting to fill prescriptions, making serious errors and respond with terrible customer service. I gave them more than one chance but I will never use them again!
