To the owner/ CEO who took the time to respond to my review lying that I was rude when taking to her on the phone about a product that I brought from her store. You could have dealt with the issue in a more reasonable way. I was I ever disrespectful, rude nor used and profanities to you. I contacted you regarding a wig I brought which was of very poor quality.You don’t value your customers. You told me, I could go elsewhere to shop. Many dissatisfied reviewers. Be kind & patient to customers!

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with Hair Granted. I purchased the hair and they claimed that it's virgin hair. I explained that I want to do tape-in extensions and they told me that this hair is good for tape-ins. When my hairdresser with 15+ years of experience tried to put that hair on a tape, it didn't work as the hair was not virgin, it was already processed and some silicone was applied on it before. So I cannot use that hair and the store refused to provide a refund or exchange
