To the owner/ CEO who took the time to respond to my review lying that I was rude when taking to her on the phone about a product that I brought from her store. You could have dealt with the issue in a more reasonable way. I was I ever disrespectful, rude nor used and profanities to you. I contacted you regarding a wig I brought which was of very poor quality.You don’t value your customers. You told me, I could go elsewhere to shop. Many dissatisfied reviewers. Be kind & patient to customers!
