Even though we booked a month in advance and they called to confirm we were coming they didn’t knowi when we showed up they sat 8 ppl at a for 6 service was horrible that was just the start not enough room to explain everything they apologized but it completely ruined my Christmas party for my employees I will not be returning to this restaurant ever a total embarrassment the only saving grace was the food was good but not worth the service
We had the pleasure to visit your place on July 14th 2017 for our best friends wedding lunch. The food and service was outstanding. We were treated like royalty. We would highly recommend your place to anyone for just a supper out or to hold a special event. We will sure to visit again.
The service&food is always amazing! We have been on various occassions and have reccommend it to various friends and family members who have had special functions at Fiamma...no party is too small or too big! they go out of their way to ensure that you are satisfied. It does not matter if it's a dinner for the two of us alone; for our family of 7 or a family function we always leave feeling satisfied! The food is always fresh; cooked to perfection and served by quality staff....A family favourite for sure....The only restaurante that we buy gift certificates to give out to clients and family!!!
When looking at Fiamma from the outside, it is definitely impressive. However, the food and service is nothing to rave about. When we walked in, we were greeted within a few minutes. We were seated at a cold drafty table. We then requested to move and were seated beside the exit which was not a great spot as people were coming and going. The food was bland and the portion sizes were small. The waitress didn't come at all to check on us as we were eating, she wasn't very pleasant and seemed to be annoyed by our presence. I definitely won't be returning to Fiamma.
