What a terrible m...
What a terrible mess our piano was left in! This fellow spent an hour fixated on two high keys and seemingly disregarded the more problematic lower keys which were never tuned properly and now sound even worse. We called three times to ask Ralph to come back at his convenience. He never once returned a call. We were left very unimpressed by his lack of professionalism and apparent inability to master his craft. Go somewhere else for your piano tuning needs.

I have no record of tuning for a Jodi B in the past eight years, nor do I have a record of anyone ever calling back more than once in my entire career. I am diligent in returning calls and correcting any perceived problems.
