Delfa Windows & Doors Industries Inc

I purchased windows from Delfa in May 2016. The windows were installed at the end of June 2016. However, they ordered the wrong window for my family room and I was left with a white window while the rest of my windows were beige.Additionally, the window does not close properly.DELFA DOES NOT CARE!After spending over 7k, you would think they would want to ensure their customers had a positive experience.

So I signed a contract with the company. I was getting conflicting stories about when my windows would be ready so I decide to drop in. The manufacturing facility is a house! How do you make windows from a house. I am now trying to cancel my contract. Stay away.

I dont usually write reviews but felt like I had to write a bad one here. Not stop problems with the company. Kept thinking it would get better but it did not. Stay away. Better options.

Bad installation done by awful organization. Should have listened to my neighbors. Wish I could rate them lower.

Amaizing company and customer service did my door ! Installation was on time and the people very friendly Alex is very professional and nice men thank you for good and perfect work ! All my neighbors like it I will recommend this company !

Not sure where these good reviews are coming from. The sales man measured himself and then claimed its my fault when the windows didn't fit. When the new ones arrived they stank of cigarette smoke. It cost me an extra $150 to have them cleaned. Would never use this company again.

The best service and very good company I think it's one of the best ! Call many and choose this one at the and many of them are non proffesional and they don't know much about windows and doors they are proffesional I can recommend they are good and friendly !

They are very professional than the other company excellent work they do noting can be better they are 1 of the company they are more than 10 years on the market for sure try them ! 10 stars not less !

This is the same as the other Delfa. Not sure why the company has multiple addresses when he operates from his home. Home can someone that claims to be reputable manufacturer build out of his home? The windows are nice, but that's about it. The installation was subbed out 2 times over and not well done, drafty and I suspect leaks.

Exselent company they did my basement windows and bay window . Istoller are very professional and frendly people .Quality of window made of very good materials and any one say that I really can recomed them for 10 star!

Wish I could go lower but I can't. The whole experience was rotten like the company. I should have read the reviews online before and just regret doing business with them.

Sales rep misrepr...

Sales rep misrepresented the deal. Installation was not done when promised. He was nice when trying to close the deal but afterwards was not able to hold on to his end of the deal. There are many other options available. Stay away.

Replaced all wind...

Replaced all windows and doors. My experience with Delfa Windows was excellent from start to finish.

They do poor work...

They do poor work and don't return phone calls. i would not use them again,ever. the one star rating is because there isn't a no star rating.
