My husband and always enjoy going to Bluewater, the staff is always friendly and so welcoming. They are always only a phone call or short drive away to answer any of our concerns on our pool, which they installed many years ago and we still love it to this day! Thank you all for keeping real family run customer service alive!

Where's the sales rep??

We visited the store twice. On our first visit the sales rep said he was too busy to speak to us - "I'm taking an order for an in-ground pool right now." We cut them some slack, waited 3 weeks until we had another day off during their opening hours and revisited the store. On this day we were told "the hot tub sales guy isn't in right now so I don't have any pricing beyond the floor models." At that point we got fed up And went elsewhere to buy our tub.
