Fitness, Conditioning and Exercise Therapy: Each session includes: Warming (treadmill), stretching, conditioning training (guided according to specific necessities) and post-workout stretching.
Electric Stimulation Therapy: To treat muscle spasms and pain.
Therapeutic Ultrasound: Increases tissue relaxation and local blood flow.
Aquafitness and Hydrotherapy: Each session includes: Warming, stretching, guided swimming exercises, blow-dry, post-workout stretching.

Very disappointed.
Been going weekly for over 10 months. Very poor customer service. A simple request met with derision. Personal situation required camera password change and they were rude about it (something they used to do regularly anyway) and never bothered. If they can't respect their customers privacy and safety, it's not a company that deserves my business. Moved my dog. Too bad owner doesn't respect customers and realize a bad review lives forever online.
