On my last visit to your restaurant I was treated with the absolute worst and most appalling service I have ever had. When I first entered the restaurant with my family we were seated by a young waitress who was snapping her gum and biting her nails, that itself was an instant turnoff, but unfortunately it would seem that that was only the beginning of our nightmare experience. After we were seated we quickly ordered our drinks and began looking through our menus, and then we waited and waited and waited. We waited for 20 minutes for not only our drinks, but for our server to take our order. Finally she came strolling up to our table and took our orders, reeking of cigarettes. At this point my family and I really did not want to stay for the main course however we figured it really cannot get any worse. Well sad as it is, it did get worse. Once our orders were taken the server brought over some small plates for us, however as we distributed them amongst us it came to our attention that we had just been served dirty plates. The only semi-clean one (it still had food crusted on however) was the top plate. So once again I went in search of our server and she came back to our table grabbed the plates, went by to a nearby ?cleaning cupboard? got out some cleaner, sprayed our plates that we were just given, washed them and brought the exact same plates back. The whole time we could see her, we chose to NOT use those plates at all during our meal, and we simply ignored them. So now all we were waiting for was our meals. Well we waited for about half an hour after the plate incident and then we were really annoyed. There were very few people in the restaurant so it was not as if they were backed up. Once again I had to go search for our missing server. After 5 minutes of not finding her I decided to ask another server to find her, sure enough 2 minutes later she cam to our table with our food. As I gazed at my food in front of me I was not sure what to think, it looked good, but with this server who knows, so we all dug in and stopped. Our food was cold, not just medium warm, but cold. It was them that we hunted down our server again, who seemed to constantly disappear, and ask for the bill, food almost completely untouched. I will never again eat at this restaurant!
