Bryant was rescuing stray animals and finding herself bringing them home to her parents house in Burlington and later the family moved to a farm in Waterdown. The passion continued to grow with Carol and in 1993, Carol started her pet grooming business, Bryant's Pet Grooming.
Do NOT use this Groomer if you think it’s alright to verbally assault seniors!! My 80 year old Mother was treated like garbage today when she went in to get her dog groomed. She had a totally innocent conversation with a customer about her 18 year old dog to which my mom commented how amazing it is to have such an old dog ( I recently lost my 13 year old - same breed)
She was told she upset their customer and to ‘find another Groomer and they did not want her business’
What a total joke?!
Last time I took my small dog there, I was called to pick him up because he bit and when I got there, he was terrified to the point he didnt want to come out of the back room where they kept him. He was barking but not coming out and there was a girl who grubbed him with a dog catcher to make it come out. Ive never seen him so frighten before. Something really bad happened to him there. The girl was rough and talked to us in a very unpleasant way.
I had a terrible experience with both of my dogs, my one dog has sores on his ears and my other dog, doesn't even seem like they bathed her. Usually my dogs smell nice and fresh when i have taken them to my regular groomer. I didn't notice any freshness in either of the dogs. i would never return however They did manage to fit me in and accommodate me, however it felt dirty . would not recommend.
