I was excited to use my first ever groupon at Art In Hair, but I was very disappointed in the service I received from Jero. He was rushed throughout the wash and cut and was rough with my hair. Overall he didn't seem to care what I thought or how the cut turned out. Afterwards I noticed that the front on either side is different lengths and looks completely out of place. I will now need to pay again to get this fixed at a different salon.

Not recommended. I was looking for a stylist in Burlington and gave the Groupon a try. Felt ripped off, even at the special price. Jero spent only about 5 minutes cutting my thick shoulder length hair - he did not care about the quality of cut he was giving. I'm used to stylists who part it out in many sections and who usually spend a good 20-30 minutes cutting, at least. Poor cut. Note to salon - most places put a towel under the neck if there is no padding - this was not done. Uncomfortable.

WORST HAIRCUT EVE...

WORST HAIRCUT EVER!!!! I had my haircut at this salon and my hair was brutally butchered. There is no blend or flow - most unprofessional cut I have ever seen. I am shocked at how horribly bad this cut is. The Layers are all over the place with no blend - it is just awful. My cut was done by Corey, who is a nice man, but I do not think he knows how to cut hair. I am writing this review because the haircut was really awful - not even at a reasonable standard. I would never return to this salon or recommend it. People immediately notice how bad my haircut is. I I hope no one experiences this ever!

I cannot say enough abou Art In Hair Starting with the friendly person who booked my appointment to the amazing haircut and colour by Patty. Patty fixed the terrible haircut I had from the previous place I had been before and she matched my colour perfectly. I absolutely love this salon. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I would recommend Patty and Art In Hair to anyone looking for a salon with five star service.
