Trison Tarps Inc

Was great until today. I spent extra time with a picture and wrote on the particulars. They sent a premade Trison diagram which was much simpler but had one small mistake. They offered to send me a blank copy of their diagram. I day later I called asking for it. Very busy no time to discuss all over again was stated. I said I need to fix one small mistake. Your diagram is wrong with one little mistake. "Well then we can't help you, and hung up on me!

I will not go back there .they don’t have time to look at your trailer but have time to argue with you. Very unprofessional thanks for wasting my time

Called 3 times for simple tarp repair. Always too busy. Definitely going somewhere else now

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Incredibly unprofessional. Time frames do not mean a thing to them. I sent on truck in for a tarp replacement, they told me it would take a couple weeks, it took them 6 weeks. Not only that, but they didnt even do the tarp properly. And, shame on me, I sent them a second truck to do a tarp replacement, they told me 2 weeks, again, no accountability, called them after 2 weeks, they said they would be another 1-2 weeks. Very poor customer service
