SAVE YOUR TIME AND PATIENCE...DONT GO! Honest review. (I usually only give 4-5 stars) Absolutely terrible! Went into renew my health card; completely prepared with two pieces of ID. I was met by an an employee who clearly hates her job, was treating me like I was a foreigner with no rights or freedoms, and as if Canada is a Communist country. Terrible service. This lone experience has made me not want to be an Ontario citizen if this is the personification of our provincial governmental agencies

Impeccable service. Although the line was long, the workers at the counter were full of joy and made the wait somewhat entertaining as they communicated with their customers and joked around with those in line as they approached the desk. Once arrived at the desk, help was quick, easy, and I was out of there in no time. Thank you ??

why have this number

they have a number but dont answer the phone they give you 2 other government numbers to call. so if your on a cell dont waist your time you will be put on hold. you better off going down there in person..
