Nothing fits in my car..I called him couple times and he didn’t answer my phone calls.third time I called from my office phone and he picked up,I asked him to take is back and give me my money back and he refused. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HIM

To be sure, any used car will have an issue or two. Such has been the case with the last three vehicles I have bought from Sim at Five-Star. Every time something went amiss, Jim took it back in fixed it quick and without charge. Like I said. Three vehicles and still a customer.

Bought a car a few months . I had a small issue with it and took it in and it was delt with immediately. I plan on going there for all my future maintenance and service. Good people great prices!

I bought a 2005 Ford Escape from Five Star Auto in June of this year. Jim and the rest of the Five Star family were very easy to deal with. I had a minor issue with the vehicle a few weeks after I purchased it and they fixed it immediately. I would recommend Five Star to anyone. Best prices in town. Not too sure what this person below was talking about! Couldn't have been the same people I dealt with!
