They don't care

The management here needs to rethink the staff they are in a business that the staff needs to be at the least pleasant I had the opertunity to deal with two different staff members on different days and both seemed like I was intrupting their day very nasty and did not care about what concerns I had they both just did not want to be there. Please save yourself some stress and choose another supplier you will be glad you did

Worst company to deal with, without a doubt. My sister got married Oct 24th, & nothing went right. Wrong sizes/colours were ordered by staff, forcing the delay the of the ceremony while we waited for a driver that brought the wrong items for a third time. Contacted one of the owners to find out what went wrong, have been waiting 7+ days now with no response. I can only imagine that we are not the only customers that have had such a poor experience.
