I had PCS fix a V crack in my basement in September 2017. It cost me 725+tax which ensured a life-time warranty. In February 2018 after a leak I made some warranty calls and emails but the contractor mostly ignored my emails and calls and refused to set a date to come and complete the job. In their last email on April 30 after 6 weeks they basically told me to do whatever I want which meant they were not willing to honour the warranty. Poor workmanship and no integrity!

Mr. Azimian contacted me at the beginning of spring to tell me that he thought the crack I repaired may be leaking but he wasn't sure all he could see was dark marks near or around the repair. I told him at the time that we were extremely busy and that I would be going out of town but would contact him on my return.

On my return I noticed the customer had sent a few other emails which ended up in my junk folder. I emailed him to let him know what happened and that because it wasn't an emergency (meaning no proven leak) and that we were booked for the next several weeks and again we would be out of town for several days, that I would contact him around mid to late May to set a date to have a look. the repair. He responds by email saying he is fine with waiting until around mid May to late May but no later May 30th, to have me contact him to set a date. The email tone was very aggressive and I let him know that. Then suddenly I receive an email days later stating if he didn't have a date set by tomorrow he would be requesting a refund. At this point I wasn't sure what to make of this and before I had a chance to respond this review was posted. I have emails to prove all of the above.

Very friendly and helpful until its time for warranty work. Spent a lot of money placing a French drain throughout our basement. Detected a leak while replacing carpet, a leak that was CLEARLY within the area in which the leak was detected. Pictures send to him proved that. Chris asked us to rip the wall apart (no thanks Chris, we did that when you were here originally) to see source of leak which was obviously from the outside.no nearby plumbing or spillages. Wont honor warranty. STAY AWAY!
We recently obtained the services of PCS to install a internal drainage system in our basement. After speaking to a number of companies, we found Chris to be a straightforward and honest individual and his recommendations were well explained. We noticed right away that Chris had the knowledge and experience we were looking for. I would highly recommend PCS to anyone in need of solving their waterproofing issues.
We had a leak in 3 walls of our basement, and we did the internal leak-fix. Chris was very professional from the start till the end of the job. They finished the job in a timely manner as promised. Left the place very clean and organized, and even during the process of fixing the leak the basement was always clean.
The price was very reasonable (we checked 7 other companies before we decided to go with PCS). During the process, Chris made suggestions that saved us money on unnecessary materials and expenses, which we really appreciated since we wouldn't have known either way. Also, he was the only one that went over and above fixing the leakage by suggesting a proper drainage system that would work in the winter as well. Highly recommended!
