The customer service that I received at this branch was questionable and down-right offensive.I am appalled that people like this who neglect proper skills are allowed to work at Fido. This was the worst customer service that I have ever received and I advise all potential customers to choose another branch or store altogether.
We have experienced terrible customer service at this store multiple times.
The store manager, KASHIF, does not even have the courtesy to come out of the employees room to speak to you if you have a complain. My Samsung s9plus is having multiple technical issues 2 months after I purchased it from them. But all they have to say is that I should take it to the Samsung store in heartland. They are probably sitting there ONLY to sell the products, they dont care if the products work or not!
