JR has been here twice. Once to fix my oven and once to fix my dryer. He was professional, friendly and showed me what was wrong with my appliances, so I could learn.
My only feedback is the time when he said he would be here. He was later than that.
I will recommend him and use him again.
JR arrived 3 hours late for the repair service and was unapologetic. He charged a significant fee and the repair work was faulty - even with a 30-day labour guarantee clearly stated on the receipt, JR would make up excuses to avoid coming back to fix what he was supposed to have fixed the first time around (i.e. he's busy, he'll be there next week - but won't show up, text him to remind him, he'll call us back).
JR is not trustworthy. Save yourself some trouble and find an honest repairman.
