Blue Planet Pool

Good service Natalie spend 2 hour on my pool to fix the pump and filter they are good and the price was reasonable.

My pool was left same green for three days nonstop filtering running they don’t tell you anything or care about how it turned out all they did is remove cover turn on machine ....quick job less than hour then they gone next appointment . Called you to make earlier appointment for discount but don’t confirm price with you inconsistent with the services they described on their Kijiji ad. One truck two people quick cash that’s their goal

Fantastic service with fantastic results. I cant thank the people from Blue planet pools enough for making my pool look like a resort pool. I had two other companys before them that could not clear the pool for us. Blue planet did it on their first visit. Thanks again. Also a very big thank you to Natalie. The best pool service in the city.

We had a huge problem with a very persistent algae this year. Called Blue Planet and met Natalie who attended very quickly. She spent three hours a day for three consecutive days and eventually got the pool sparkling again. She is an extremely hard and dedicated worker. I am impressed with her tenacity especially in view of the fact that our pool has no shade and she has been working in extremely hot conditions. I have hired her on a weekly basis. She really does spend the time required

lot of effort for unsatisfactory result

the only reason i called for their service is because my permanent guy couldn't come. With them I paid much more than I usually pay for work that was not completed and done very poorly. Water left very dirty with frogs and mice in it, dirt and mud around the pool, equipment scattered around. Had to help them and complete the work myself for much more money than usual. NOT recommending this company to anyone, they try hard, but cannot deliver. Unfortunately take on job they cannot handle.
