I was a senior female, from Canada, travelling alone when I had a flat tire and rim damage due to a pothole while visiting in Queenstown. Lin went out of his way to help me and get me on my way with only one extra day in Queenstown. Replacement parts are not quickly sourced in Queenstown and Lin found an alternative repair solution for me to avoid having to spend three extra nights in town. I had work done by Gus yesterday (December 7th). Every time I see Gus at Queenston Tire and Rim on Centennial I am favorably impressed by his attention to detail, his professionalism and his willingness to help people out when they are in need. Many tire businesses treat customers as a necessary evil. I always feel that Gus treats me as a person and tries to provide the help that is required. I am also impressed with the staff who work there. Great senses of humour and very efficient.
