they constantly with hold copies of agreements as they have something to hide in their contracts which is against contractual law as without said copy of contract from date of signing they basically null and void their contract by failure to provide said contract
I highly recommend this place for your furniture and appliance needs . Lori and her staff are very friendly, helpful and understanding to.your needs. I first rented an item when I was a single mom on my own and they were very helpful. And many years later still a customer and recommend to friends and family. I don’t even know where to start. I think I purchased a stereo at the time of their grand opening decades ago. I still have it and it still works perfect. over the years I have purchased many different appliances. Furniture ,cameras, computers, even a snowblower or two. In fact I have gone into the store on Wellington Street Told them what I was looking for and within two or three days it was at the store for me to pick up. Now I ask you, where else can you go and get that kind of service?
I highly recommend this place to go for help with not only affording products for your home but to improve your credit rating. Staff are always willing to work with you and your budget. Lori is an exceptional customer service representative and makes all the difference when ordering products.
Staff are horrible, they bully, and go out of their way to lie and cause ruccuses, are extremely delusional, and they are extremely unprofessional, and the rate you pay really is not worth it in the end.
