Barrie Honda Sales

I get that dealerships tend to be busy but 2 weeks wait just to get a oil check on my civic is ridiculous especially when my oil life 15% but yea if it was fir Steph working some magic I was done with service from them dovsafe to say she managed to get me in the same day n get the job done

The service in this dealership is just flat out aweful. Its clear that customers dont matter one bit. If you need your car back by a certain time, it doesnt matter what time you drop it off they cant promise you will get your car back when you need it. And thats not for major work. Thats just for a type B service that takes 1.5 hours max.

Sales team is awe...

Sales team is awesome but then, you get to meet the back-end support and the service department. Customer support is abysmal as they don't exactly care about their customers. You can do as many online surveys as you want, nothing gets resolved. I've had to call Honda Canada to get issues fixed (I went to a different dealership, a place who actually care about their clients, they fixed all the pending issues in one visit, for free). Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership.
