Called at 4:58 on...
Called at 4:58 on a Saturday for a last minute question that would literally take twenty seconds to both ask AND answer. What happens? Someone answers and then hangs up on me because they want to slack and do nothing even though they're still open to help people. How rude and unprofessional. Generally my experience has been alright, but this has put me over the edge. Maybe hire less lazy people.
