We went to Tom’s after viewing an ad for the breakfast buffet for $14.99 on their website. We were charged $16.99 Took it up with the mgr as we felt they should honour what was posted on their website. The manager was rude and would not admit to their mistake. He blamed it on the website guy. It is not the customers responsibility to pay for screw ups between mgt and website people. He should have charged $14.99 but insisted we pay for his mistake. He just lost 3 customers today. Food greasy

My wife and i ordered two clubs with fries . They were special order and were made completely wrong . By the time we get home discover the error call to get remade and go down its almost an hour later . You would think maybe new fries would be made after an hour but was told " but we didn't mess up your fries " lol I can accept that I'll eat your soggy hour old fries but I will never eat there again and I will and do my best to spread the bad word customer service = 0

The kleftiko ("bandit-style") lamb is excellent, cooked tender and moist inside a foil wrapper. Pick a booth or table, whichever suits your seating and leg-room needs. The menu has plenty of kid-friendly options of the burgers-and-fries variety, a definite bonus in a community containing so many young families.
