It's been 3 months since I had my system ... Aside from a couple of minor issues,the system and service are excellent . Todd and Devon are very dedicated to there business and service to there customers. I highly recommend Platinum Protection.
We had a security system which i thought was secure. But what i came to learn later is that it wasn't. The police told me my phone line had been cut. :( I guess the old saying goes you get what you pay for! I chose to go with Platinum Protection because they seemed to be very knowledgeable on this matter. They explained that all companies advertise there low phone-line rates because it looks inexpensive, but what most consumers don't now is it's not secure. I learned this the hard way.
I was with ADT for 15 years, the owners knocked on my door (Devon and Todd) they advised me on upgrading my current ADT system (phone line) I was surprised on how much they knew and never once tried to sell me on buying things I didn't need, even when I suggestions. These 2 are clearly out for their customers. I can now use my new system from my cellphone, how neat is that!

the sales staff were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. the technician was fast and very informative. he took his time to explain the system to me and made sure I knew how to use it. we had low batteries and they came over and changed them free of charge.
