    Unprofessional. Guaranteed my child a spot 7 months prior to me going back to work. Filled out the application, asked if they required anything else like a deposit to guarantee the spot. The director indicated that no, my child was guaranteed the spot from the application alone. Sent me an email, 7 weeks before my child was going to start and said he made a mistake and there was no spot for her. He was very unprofessional, and should not be in the business of running a child care facility.
