Horrible experience with Fireworks repair. 2016: - I go to Fireworks for ring resizing - Rep says because the resize is ±1/2 size, they will not add gold, just stretch 2018: - Ring has become cracked and forms a v at the back where they resized it - I bring it back, asking them honour their repair - Rep says, they would never resize without adding gold - I ask for copies of the receipts - Receipts confirm that they did not add gold - Fireworks refuses to honour the quality of the repair
