I take Bob’s Taxi ALL the time. I have had no complaints about service until this past Sunday.
My phone dropped out of my pocket as I was getting out of the cab. I noticed as soon as the car drove away.
I called thinking it would be an easy turnaround and yet the male dispatcher had me in tears within minutes. He was rude , dismissive and told me unless the driver agreed to come back there was nothing to be done. Luckily the driver brought it back to me. I am a Very disappointed customer.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DON'T USE THIS TAXI COMPANY!!!!!
If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. I hate that they're the only cab company in Dartmouth. The drivers never have debit and if you call to tell dispatch and ask for another taxi with debit, they give you a hard time and nasty attitude. I have had several instances where I have ordered a cab and waited for it to show up, only for it not to have a debit machine (even though I specifically ask).
The WORST taxi service ever! The dispatcher was the most rude person I have ever spoken to. Call eastern passage taxi for prompt and CURTEOUS dispatchers. I have never had to wait 20 minutes for a cab, let alone been spoken to the way that female dispatcher had spoken to me.
