Bad sales service. I had an appointment and waisted 40min after it waiting without meeting the salesman. This is before sale for sure will be worst after they get your money.

This dealer is absolutely terrible. They leave you hanging when your looking for an update on repairs, like you don’t have a job to get to, or kids to pick up or drop off! Then I found out the guy who said he’d call 4 hours ago, just jumped ship went home and my car is now there overnight with no communication as to why or what’s happening! The manager then, just lies to cover up the sheer negligence. Don’t buy from here it’s nothing but a headache.

CAUTION when buying a used car!! When they tell you they put new tires they use (in my case) Goodride tires which are made in China and rated one of the worst on the planet. I asked them to switch out these tires to ones that I wanted and I would pay the difference. They refused. If I wanted these new tires I would have to pay full price and sell the crap they put on, on Ebay! They claimed they had no use for their tires that they put on my car.

I have purchased the Sorento 2016 from Winnipeg Kia. I purchased rush protection package from b Winnipeg Kia, they have confirmed that rust protection is covered till warranty. I paid the extra money. Unfortunately, there is rust building (around 1CM) back passenger side door frame close to door trim (Kia Sorento Cover). I went to the Winnipeg Kia dealership and show them the rust. Service manager said that it does not cover due to the external course (some stretchmark).
