Our furnace was making buzzing noise when fan turned on. I called in the morning around 9am&12::30pm Steve was at our place. He diagnosed the problem and easily found that our A/C broke down and need to replace. He explained the problem very clearly and professionally.Steve spoke with Mark and gave me few options and an estimate.I made my decision and made appointment for installing new air conditioner.Damien and jarrod installed the air conditioner and done the job very clean and professionally
My experience is I chose the right product and service with the help of great people who are knowledgeable and fair. Service package pays for itself the first time!! Cant say enough :)
Had them come out and check why the furnace blower wasn’t working. Replaced the capacitor and I was told the motor had overheated and might not last long. Checked this out on line beforehand. After a couple of hours the motor went. Came back the next day and changed it. Didn’t charge for second service call. Good work. Even cleaned the squirrel cage before putting everything back together. Thanks again.
Had mark come and gave an estimate. Very competitive as well when installed it was very clean and professional. Went above and beyond in update electrical panel breakers which I didn’t realize were in need of updating for no extra charge. Would highly recommend.
Excellent and timely repairs (out within an hour of our call) - with reasonable rates over some of the other companies we called. I would use their service again, and would recommend them to others.
We just had Greg install a brand new Goodman high efficiency furnace and they did an absolutely outstanding job. Very professional as well as being personable and informative on our new unit. I woke up to no heat and was handled with total professionalism from the initial call to being informed by the mobile serviceman when he was arriving. Problem diagnosed and repaired within hours in the middle of winter. Mark was very professional. Highly recommend company.
A/C went down. Called just before close of business hours and had choice of service that night (reasonable extra charge) or next day. Opted for next day. The guy arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem easily, replaced the part quickly and explained the problem clearly and professionally. Overall friendly, prompt and professional service. Would do business again without hesitation.
I continue to give the 'little guy' the chance to compete and continue to be let sown. Because he's the little guy. Prompt enough service, but after sales service is a let down (they have your money by then). I had a job done in June and i'm still waiting on closure and paperwork on the job. It's september. Use them for odd jobs and one-offs I guess. Don't expect much after.

The paperwork referred to is an appliance inspection sticker. You never notified our office you required this when booking the service. We had it printed and to you within 3 weeks not three months. We would have had this in place before the call if you had notified our office ahead of time. We required an update to content on the appliance label so the wait time was do to printing new stickers not our lack of service. In the future notify service ahead for special services. My hot water tank went on a Saturday night and I called around to find someone to come out and replace it, most companies had answering services that were just going to send someone out without a quote. I called Service Right Now and got a hold of someone right away. Mark told me that they would be at my house at 9:00 AM Sunday morning. Mark showed up right at 9:00 and did a terrific job replacing the tank and taking away the old one. I would highly recommend Service Right Now.

My a/c broke down back in June and i had tried to call many companies and they were iether not available or not even answering their phones. When i called Service Right Now they came out right away within a couple of hours. Two days later i had my new a/c. I recomend everybody call them with any service requirements. Rob Winnipeg MB
