North West Wholesale (Leisure)

I bought a winter cover September 25, 2018 from Northwest Wholesale. I asked for a 24 x 40 cover. I did not notice that they sold me a 30 x 46 cover for a 24 x 40 pool until I was closing my pool...way too big. I opened my pool this May 2020 and this imported cover had 15 - 20 holes in it...most toonie size. I used their site to contact them 2 times. NO REPLY..You decide if this is customer care and if this is a place to deal with.

North West Wholesale Pool

I didn't buy my pool from North West but wish I had. We needed some help with fixing a problem last summer and where we bought it from was no help at all. The staff at North West had the parts and gave us all the information we needed to get the problem solved. They even took apart a showroom unit to show us some things to help us understand. We felt like we were the only customer they had ...... but the store was very busy. Great group!

When you can't find what you need at Canadian Tire

When they were all sold out of filters and chemicals at Canadian Tire and Walmart, we took a chance on this place for all of our late season pool needs. they offered suggestions, and had everything I needed to get the pool back after a bad algae outbreak!!
