2.5 Years into owning my Mazda CX-5 that I purchased brand new from the dealership and the infotainment system still doesn't work. Mazda Canada techs have seen the problems and say that it's software in the unit and isn't covered under my bumper to bumper warranty. Bluetooth doesn't work with iPhone and Mazda won't/can't fix it. What good is having a new car warranty if Mazda refuses to fix the car they sold? Buyer beware.
