I absolutely used to love these guys. Super friendly and always willing to help. I’m not sure what’s going on there but I came in three different times wanting to get my truck key made but the auto key maker was either not there or busy. Was supposed to call all three times and nothing. Today I went in to ask if they could help and was greeted with attitude. I just wanted to give them business and they said there to busy. Sad to say I guess I’ll be finding a new company. Wish them the best.
Had them cut a couple of keys and re-key a lock, one of the keys worked fine, the other was on the wrong blank and did not even fit in the lock. When I went back I was given attitude that they could not keep wasting blanks, they suggested that I had to bring the key that they cut that worked. I had the original key that I originally provided, and brought them back the key that did not fit my lock. Why on earth is the key that they cut that worked even a consideration? Never again customer!
I lost my entire key ring and was locked out of my house. Of course it was Friday close to 5pm.
The first place was closing soon, the second place came out & could not open it..saying the lock is too old, the lock tumblers are in upside down, there is too much dirt in the lock etc.
The third place was Brothers.. by then it was 7 but they would be right out! Ken was prompt and courteous...and BEST of all had the lock opened in about 5 minutes!! What a relief!
Poor/no customer service. Owner has the personality of a brick. Email/phone messages not returned. No web site. Questionable technical knowledge. Questionable sales ethics. If I had to do it over agian, I wouldn’t.
Had a great experience with Jason, who came to install a deadbolt on my exterior door. He was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely do business with again.
