We had Scrubbi come out to clean the entire house for our open house to sell it. The house is in very good shape and my parents just moved out so it had only the basics in the house to clean. We asked for cupboards, fridges, fans (low fans), inside windows, floors, dusting… For the amount of money we paid I would expect a few ppl to come out but sadly only one. Scrubbi was delightful, it was a pleasure to have them in our home. A lot of the cleaning that was done exceeded my expectations (moving furniture in the living room to clean under/behind).
Not impressed. The Thursday before Easter weekend and we booked Scrubbi for a final cleaning before we sell the house. Leaving town the next morning. The girl shows up, does a bit of dusting and a few windows and then leaves. There were a few areas where we had some boxes, but nothing that couldn't easily be worked around. Since it's just before the weekend, they don't have backup. Lucky to get another company to clean well on short notice. Scrubbi refunded the fee but I'll never use them again.
They were asked to clean an EMPTY house including inside cupboards, drawers in kitchen. Spot wash walls. You honestly could not tell the house had been touched except for looking WORSE. The cleaner had washed all the floors with the same wash water and all the floors looked all streaked from dirty water and dull. It looked like nothing was even touched in the kitchen Still sticky, dirty cupboards. Bathroom floors only washed in the middle dirty behind toilet and sink.Walls not touched. Discusted
