Worst experience at a Macdonald's ever. People waiting in parking lot for food for drive thru. 25 minutes so far. It's brutal. Kids are not happy. Furthest thing from a Macdonald experience expected.
This McDonald's is way too slow. 20-25 minutes of waiting for a single meal? Park in the parking lot if you take the drive-thru, wait another 5-10 minutes? Forget it.
Something happened at this McDonald's in the last six years that has caused speed of food preparation to be unacceptable. What used to be a quick 2-5 minutes for a meal is now an astounding 20-25 minutes. In fact it takes less time for us to eat our meals than it is to order it.
This needs to be addressed.
