Lovely staff - so caring and polite. They do a great job. Been ging there over 10 years so that says a lot!

If I could give the man working there no stars I would. Terrible experience. I came in for a mani and pedi. A man working there did my manicure. He was unprofessional and rough with the equipment. He was filing my nails so aggressively that the file cut me enough to make me bleed. Now I'm freaking about about an infection from this. I will never go back (possibly to another nail salon again as this experience was so awful). DON'T GO THERE.

I arrived with a friend for a pedi. All was fine for the first 5 minutes. Then a walk-in arrived wanting a mani/pedi. Without checking with us, my attendant moved along to my friend, my friend's attendant moved along to the new customer, and the male attendant took over with me. He was very rough, the whole thing was painful and he was finished in 20 minutes. He applied nail polish and then roughly massaged my legs and part of my feet. Very unpleasant. Never going back. Don't recommend.

We went in for two pedicures. After 5 min, the lady working on my wife's feet moved to help someone else (bad!) & a man began working on my wife's toes. He didn't even continue where she had left off. He hurried the pedi, he gave a two-minute massage AFTER applying polish; he was rough, speedy and incomplete. Terrible service. My wife was "done" in 10 min., while I had the proper 30-40 minute treatment. I mentioned this to him and he acted like a coward just ignoring the facts. DO NOT GO HERE.

When I went in there the man who was working was very rough with my hands (made me bleed then didnt sanitize his equipt!), not talkative, and gave me shellac instead of gel. then when the top coat cracked on ALL my nails the next day his coworkers refused to fix them, insisting I instead buy another fill! wouldnt recommend at all. I have been to Longs 3 times now and it is always the same. if you go DO NOT GET THE MAN WHO WORKS THERE. He is awful!! just tries to get you in and out asap

Awesome Awesome awesome. The lady here is the best hands down. She is smart with it and she can do anything. She has all the gems and latest colours. She knows what she's doing. Try it out. All you have to gain is awesome beautiful nails.
