They fit me in for a last minute u-joint replacement and did a great job below budget and fast.

I had the misfortune of purchasing a Mitsubishi Delica which unfortunately was mechanically damaged and had a number of issues. After a very expensive and unsuccessful rebuild on the fuel pump I was only able to drive only 4 KM away from their shop and it broke down again. I was treated rudely by Shogo with no reasonable compensation at all and the snide comment of "No more free parking" at his dumpy shop while i decided what to do with the Vehicle. Don't waste your money or time with Shogo.

Three strikes you...

Three strikes you're out! First they took too long to do a turbo job. Second they failed to properly bleed the cooling system after replacing the thermostat causing my little 4m40 Pajero to boil coolant even though it was -10 at the time (air pocket at the thermostat prevents it from opening). Third they over torqued the turbo when they reattached it to the head so bad the studs popped! Currently the guys at CVI are doing an excellent job working to fix Japanoid's screw ups. Thanks CVI.

DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I put a deposit on a unique Van they had for sale. They were importing the vehicle and it took them a month longer then promised. I waited 2 more months due to a shipping yard strike. Japanoid then issued me a refund that was contrary to my wishes. I then email asking about the status of the Van and they say "they had to ship it cross country and they would put me on the list for another one". Bottom line this guy got a better offer for a unique vehicle that he couldn't always get his hands on. He traded in his integrity to make more money. DON'T DEAL WITH THEM! They're unethical, typical used car salesman. BTW - the van I put the deposit down on is STILL advertised on their site!
