I was referred to Jeff to have a flipper made in preparation for a front tooth implant. He accommodated me with prompt 1 day service and resulted in a great fitting flipper that is now part of my smile for 6 months, or until I get permanent replacement. He could have charged a premium, but did not! For ever thankful for his service. Ps he was my mom’s denturist and dealt with her using gentle professionalism.truly a pro?
we had arranged a hospital visit for an ailing father who needed his lower denture repaired. Dr. Frasch agreed to go in on Monday, called and said he couldnt make it.He said he would definitely be there on Tuesday. He didnt call, simply no communication at all. Unbelievable
Jeff has been incredibly kind and patient with my 90 year old mother. He has always made himself available to do any necessary adjustments and has given her the reassurance she has needed when facing shrinking gums and the problems that result from the aging process. This denturist closed his office and went on holidays without telling us and cancelling our appointment. This caused us a long trip to Kelowna and a loss of several hundreds of dollars in expenses as well as hotel fees.
You can bet we will not be recommending him to any of our friends.
