I wish I could give him a 0 star rating, because that is what he deserves! Incredibly rude and absolutely unprofessional; when asked why we were there, we told him & he shouted at us, "Well what do you want ME to do about it?" He then berated my son about his health problems, blaming him for his condition, leaving him close to tears. And this is how he treats a child! I was shaking the whole way home.

This has got to be the worst experience of my life . The staff is rude and literally called me a liar. They are extremely unorganized. They missed my surgery appointment once. And I have them another chance. Only to have them once again over look me. Infact the lady lied and said they tried to call me 10 times. I’m a working professional with staff and assistants. Who all very clearly stated , they recieved zero calls emails or notifications. The staff and DR are extremely condescending !!!

Do not waste your time and seeing this "Doctor". You will end up seeing other EnT doctor in the end. Dr Imran Samad. A very rude, arrogant, and condescending individual, with no bed side manners. He does not listen to anything you have to say; he will always interrupt you while you explain the problem. He should have his license pulled and the fact that he hasn't yet is a testament to how poor our healthcare system has become.
