I have 2 cell phones with this company. 1 phone has not been working well since March 2014. While the Langley store has been helpful with the SIM card issues etc. the contract is with this office and they have been terrible. They have provided incorrect information on cancellation charges and do not reply to emails in a timely manner. My phone contract for my second phone is up in a couple of months and I cannot wait to be done with this team. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.
