Let us take a movement to recall the reason for creation of soil or earth. God first created the earth and gave humankind a power to subdue and care for the ecosystem and all the creatures for the common good of humanity. Our mother land, Canada is blessed with fertile soil to grow our own food.
However, the gigantic national and international corporations continue to promote the mentality of consumerism and to the consumers what they should eat, how to eat and from where their product should come which makes us forget how blessed we are with the largest country in the world. Such culture lost the essentiality of humankind’s relatedness and care to nature and environment.
