This is just to let know Mr. Lube that 3 days back I got tires installed in my Toyota Camry. Sad to mention that the staff put the faulty valve in one of the tire with a slow leak in it. Resulted, in a flat tire while driving. I always got my car stuff done from Mr. Lube, irrespective of the fact that I will be charged more. But after this incident my trust is broken. Apparently, I have to get the car towed and get this repaired with additional cost.
ALWAYS receive excellent service here. Staff are personable, extremely knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance and care and give me recommendations on how to best keep my car moving without breaking down. Brendan, Damon and Greg deserve notable mention
