You'll be just as steamed as the meat. This ain't Texas!
I've eaten a lot of REAL bbq when I was living in the US. Something ain't quite right here. There's good flavour as it hits your tongue. Unfortunately the 3 meats that I picked were completely mushy, like they've been STEAMED! Ribs taste like bone marrow.I can taste some sort of smoke flavour, but there is absolutely zero bark and no smoke layer in the brisket, nor the pork ribs. I couldn't tell with the pork butt, it was shredded. Like WTF?
Advice, pinto, not red beans,corn bread, not brioche!
