Wow. What a joke ...

Wow. What a joke this place is run by an ego inflated child. We went in for our scheduled appointments only to be told by the owner himself the tattoo we selected would be too hard for him to do. This was a confirmed appointment!! If the owner cant tattoo upon request what good is this place. Avoid Empire horrible customer service and it smells in there as if someone hasnt bathed in months.
