I would not recommend this chap to anyone. He is impossible to deal with. Unreliable, won't return phone calls, tells you he is working on your project but when you challenge him he changes his story and gives all kinds of excuses why he can't come. Late with the project and does not complete what he starts. Rude at times. Don't give him a very large payment upfront. I would not have anything to do with him ever again.
