Went to this business to replace drivers side window. They didn’t clean out the dirt and glass well so when I opened and closed the window, scratches were made to the new glass. I returned to them and they cleaned it better but broke the clips that hold the controls to open and close the window on the inside of the door, which caused the electronics to loosen and now the window opens by itself and I can’t stop it. Went back again and they told me I needed to buy a new part which cost hundreds $$
