I was a bit surprised to read the 1 star review by another customer. I found I was always treated respectfully and with honesty. I had my skis tuned there numerous times as well as my bindings calibrated. They did let me know when my bindings were getting towards the end of their life, which I was fine with given the amount of use they had. If you are in the Vancouver area and don't feel like going all the way up to Whistler, Vancouver Ski and Board is the place to go in my humble opinion.
They may do good work, but they sure don't seem to treat the customer very well. They consistently have a negative attitude to the skis, and the bindings, and they don't hesitate to tell you that your equipment sucks. They do good work, but every time you go there they tell you how bad your equipment is, and they have a negative attitude towards their customers. If you don't mind being made to feel inferior Vancouver ski services might be the shop for you, but if you believe that "the customer is always right", you might want to take your skis elsewhere.
