I have practiced Aiki-jutsu, Bujinkan Ninpo, Kenpo Karate, Freestyle wrestling, Yoshinkan Aikido and Systema. I have a 1st degree black belt in Yoshinkan Aikido from Robert Mustard Sensei. I have practiced Systema since 2010, and I am a certified Instructor-In-Training with Systema HQ Toronto. Since 2010, I have been fortunate to attend seminars with Vladimir Vasiliev, Konstantin Komarov, Sergey Ozereliev, Valentin Talanov, Martin Wheeler, Valentin Vasiliev, Kaizen Taki and Kwan Lee.I have been in the infantry army reserves since 2003.
