Tsuyuki Kurt Dr

Dr.Tsuyuki is very rude and impatient with his patients. I went to his office after my grandfathers eye surgery to get post-op instructions and he was very rude with me as I was translating for my grandparents. The receptionist were really strict and rude about payment methods and were not nice about anything. I highly recommend you do not go to this doctor as he is very rude and doesn't care about customer experience.

The service that we received from his clinic in Surrey is terrible. The assistants working on May 6th, 2019 in the morning basically told us to leave because they cant get ahold of us and confirm our appointment the day before, which by the way they scheduled a month in advance, saying they dont have the right number .

Have to wait too long as with all Drs, but he is very nice.
